IMG_3782My name is Andi Sulasikin. I am Buginese and come from Wajo regency, South Sulawesi. My height and weight are 169 cm and 70 kg respectively. I am sociable person, and challenge lover. I have a hard working attitude and quick learning skill.

In November 2012, I finished my Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering at Telkom Institute of Technology, Bandung as cum laude and fastest graduate. My study specialization was in Software Engineering, Information System and Data Engineering (SIDE). During my bachelor study, I have some project experiences with clients from outside campus which sharpened my managerial skill in how work within a team and thought me how to deal with stakeholders. I also loved to actively participate in organizational and social activities.  I was an activist focus on media and propaganda inside and outside campus. I also frequently worked as team leader on some big events in campus, which gave him a wide range of organization experience.

After finishing my bachelor, I spent one year as apprentice at Marketing Business Control in PT. XL Axiata from 2013 to 2014. This experience helped me to enhance my knowledge about working in private sector, and of course lead me to understand more about the regulation of telecommunication business in Indonesia. In February 2015, with the support of LPDP as my scholarship provider, I continued my study for Information Science Master’s Degree (MSc) at Radboud University Nijmegen, Netherlands. I then successfully completed my master degree one year later.

I am currently working as E-Government Analyst at The Ministry of National Development Planning. I am responsible for

  • Involving in the initial drafting of One Data Ranperpres, a regulatory framework for Development Data Governance in the country.
  • Acting as an Internal Consultant for early phase new system implementation and change management initiative in public sector, under the team of special advisor to the Minister.
  • Developing a strategic approach to implement knowledge management environment in the organization, to build evidence based policy ecosystem.
  • Supporting the One Data development team by performing business flow analysis and system testing.
